Inflammatory Foods
Today, chronic inflammation caused by inflammatory
foods is linked to many of the major lifestyle driven diseases. Heart disease, arthritis, Alzheimer’s and diabetes are just a few of the health conditions that have been linked to chronic inflammation. I am sure you have all seen the list but here it is for you. This version is from Dr. Perricone and a few other resources I go to for great information.
Basically, it is it processed carb, grain or white, it may be inflammatory. Another source if inflammation is bad oil. Our diet is often heavily laden with processed oils. This is where omega-3 comes in. Much of the oil we consume is omega-6 and if the 3/6 balance is off, it will cause inflammation.

Cereals (except old fashioned oatmeal)
