There are several ways to schedule yourself at our center. Whether you are a new client or an existing member, here are some choices:
You can call our center at (828) 298-0011. If Dr. Omri is available, you’ll reach a friendly voice and he’ll be happy to assist you and answer any questions you might have. If this is the option you’re looking for, and you don’t get someone on the phone, text the same number – (828)298-0011 – and request a return phone call to have your needs met.
During our regular practice hours, the voice message will direct you to either text (the same number you called, as mentioned above) or to go online to schedule yourself (the easiest and most efficient way).
We strongly encourage you to schedule yourself online through our JaneApp. You can log in to Jane through your mobile device or on your desktop.
Jane is user friendly and will prompt you to:
- Create a username and password.
- Set up your profile.
- Load your credit card for scheduling and future billing (which helps eliminate this administrative step in-house and gives Dr. Omri time to focus on your care).
- Fill out a simple health history form and sign a consent form.
- Choose your preferred notifications for your upcoming visits. You can enable your email and/or text reminders.
Once you have your profile created and the above steps complete, simply choose the type of appointment you’re looking for and schedule it.
Jane allows you to reschedule or cancel appointments if you need to. Check it out and let us know if you have any questions by texting us. Most people find it is super easy to use and a convenient way for all their scheduling needs.
